Parador de Málaga Golf  is the oldest course on Spain´s Costa del Sol. Openend in 1925, Parador de Málaga was designed by Tom Simpson, the same architect who designed Turnberry and Muirfield in Scotland. Located just five minutes from the beach, next to Malaga airport, the golf course is rather flat. Sand dunes, palm trees, mimosas, eucalyptus and pine trees line the course. Two holes run alongside the sea.
The experience of age has made the oldest course in Andalusia a demanding course for the veteran player while remaining accessible to any golf enthusiast.
The Parador de Málaga Golf has an 18-hole Old Course and a 9-hole links course. There is also a golf school on site, three putting greens and two approach greens.
