Alicante golf course, situated on the outskirts of Alicante City is a modern 18-hole golf course designed by Steve Ballesteros and opened in 1998. Creating many beautiful lakes and artificial rivers into the design of this course has increased the difficulty rating and made the course a challenge to every golfer. With six par-3s, six par-4s and six par-5s this course provides a very interesting round with variety at every hole. It is a gentle course to walk around and its flatness increases the visibility; the greens on all the holes can therefore be easily seen encouraging the attacking play.
